Check this out - a REAL Sig Sauer (you know, the way they used to be - German made with hammers) P228 in a transitional railed frame. Lots of people forget the non-railed OG P228s were military issued to aviators and other units. Good shape - the slide has some pock marks on the right side like someone left it on top of their fridge for the past decade. Frame is in great shape and not all banged up.

"Oh but I have a 229!" cool but the difference between a P228 and P229 is like a lady and a lady boy. Its not the same thing at all and once you buy it, you too can look down on 229 owners. See that separate piece behind the barrel? Yeah thats the breach block because the slide is stamped - like the original P220s and P226s. Oh look - mine says MADE IN GERMANY and your 229 says EXETER NEW HAMPSTER

Of all my listings on FGT over 15 years yall' pissing me off the most on this one. I had it listed a few months back and got tired of the brokies offering $400. I know the gun market is getting soft (pause) but you cant even get a DAO 226 for that. The P228 is awesome - I already have a non railed version or Id keep it for myself. If yall' keep acting up Ill keep both.
